Overview

Hot Folder is a resident application used to easily print a PDF file or TIFF file.

This function allows you to make prints by only copying a file to a hot folder without starting Application or operating the printer driver.

In addition, various functions are available to easily carry out the desired printing.

  • The screen may be different from the actual display depending on your system environment and application version/revision.

Hot Folder Setup

Follow the steps below to set up Hot Folder.

Register the printer.

Register the job setting.

Set the hot folder.

Completing this setting allows you to use Hot Folder.

If you click or tap in the upper-right of a page, it turns into and is registered as a bookmark.

Filter by title

Filter by category

All of the functions in this user's guide are classified according to the category.
By selecting the check box for the desired category, you can narrow the search range.

You can search according to the operation location or application.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by option

You can search according to the available functions or specifications of the installed options.
Select the check box for the desired option from the list of installed options.

You can narrow the search range from the menu for this user's guide.
However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
