[Consumable and Scrap Indicators]
Overview
When the replacement, replenishment, disposal, or scrap box emptying action is required, the notification lamp in front of each component name lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow.
To display a help message, press the appropriate component name. Follow the help message instructions to perform replenishment or replacement.
NOTICE
- If the notification lamp of [Saddle Stitcher Receiver] lights up red and the character color changes to yellow, contact your service representative.
Tips
- You can count the number of times the Toner bottle has been replaced. For details, contact your service representative.
- The displayed items vary depending on the mounted optional devices.

[Staple Cartridge] | Displays the status of staples. When the staple cartridge becomes empty, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[Punch-Hole Scraps Box] | Displays the status of the punch-hole scrap box. When the punch-hole scrap box becomes full, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[Staple Scrap Box] | Displays the status of the staple scrap box. When the staple scrap box becomes full, the notification lamp up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[SD Trim Scrap Box] | Displays the status of the fore-edge trimming box for Fold & Staple. When the fore-edge trimming box for Fold & Staple becomes full, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[Saddle Stitcher Receiver] | Displays the status of the saddle stitcher trimmer receiver. Since the consumed saddle stitcher trimmer receiver will need to be replaced, contact your service representative. | ||
[SD Slit Scrap Box] | Displays the status of the both-edge trimming scrap box for Fold & Staple. When the both-edge trimming scrap box for Fold & Staple becomes full, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[PB Trim Scrap] | Displays the status of the perfect binder trimming scrap box. When the perfect binder trimming scrap box becomes full, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[Perfect Binder Glue] | Displays the status of the glue of the perfect binder. When glue pellets run out, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to yellow. | ||
[Cyclone Box] | Displays the status of the Cyclone Box. When it is time to replace the Cyclone Box, the notification lamp lights up red, and the character color changes to red. | ||
