What Is [Combine]?

Combine is a function that combines a multi-page original on a single page. The original can be combined on an even-number basis (2 pages, 4 pages, or 8 pages).

The combine starting position varies depending on the loading orientation of the original.

Tips
  • It is convenient to load a multi-page original on the ADF. When the original is loaded on the Original glass, [Separate Scan] is set automatically.
  • The automatic magnification (AMS) will work. Auto paper (APS) is cancelled, and the zoom ratio is automatically selected to suit the size of the paper loaded in [Tray1]. The target paper tray can also be changed manually.
  • Combine must be performed in the appropriate orientation, so set [Direction] to suit the original orientation. For details, refer to [Direction].
