If Consumable Replacement Message is Displayed
Please replace the toner bottle
If the toner bottle becomes empty and the toner hopper runs low, the toner bottle indicator in the Consumable and Scrap Indicators area lights up yellow, and the message Please replace the toner bottle is displayed to notify you of the replacement period.
Replace the toner bottle.
Tips
Toner bottles can even be replaced during printing.

NOTICE
When the toner hopper also runs low, the message No toner / Please add toner is displayed in the message area of the screen, and the machine stops.
Please replace waste toner box
When the waste toner box collects considerable amount of used toner and reaches the time to be replaced, the message Please replace waste toner box is displayed to notify you of the replacement period.
Replace the waste toner box.
Tips
The Waste Toner Box indicator in the Consumable and Scrap Indicators display area of the MACHINE screen lights up red, and characters change to yellow. This notifies a sufficient amount of waste toner has accumulated that the time has been reached for replacement.

When the waste toner box is full of waste toner, the message Waste toner box is full / Please replace the box is displayed, and the machine stops.
Please add staples to the stapler
When the staple cartridge of the finisher becomes empty, the staple replenishment message is displayed in the message area of the screen.
The message varies depending on the mounted finisher model or staple location. Follow the instructions in the displayed message to add staples.
Tips
The Consumable and Scrap Indicators display on the MACHINE screen lights up red, and the color of characters of the staple changes to yellow. This notifies that the staple cartridge is empty.
