  • Direct Print of the machine's Hot Folder allows you to directly print a PDF or TIFF file without starting an application or Hot Folder. You can preset the job settings and reduce the burden of making print settings.

  • Since the shared folder of the machine is used, the print settings of Direct Print can be shared with multiple users more easily than Hot Folder. Each Hot Folder can be set user authentication and accessed at the same time by multiple users.
