[E-mail Text Setting] Screen

Overview

Register or edit the text of the email you want to send.

Up to five texts can be registered.

Tips

This item is displayed on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD. For details, refer to What Is [Scan Address Register]?.

Tips

The registered text can be selected when scan data is sent by email. For details, refer to [Text Setting].

Setting items		[1]	Selects the number to register or edit. You can enter up to 256 single-byte characters (128 double-byte characters).

Procedure

Select a text number to register.

The entry screen is displayed.

Enter the text.

Press [OK].

However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
