The secure job refers to a job that is temporarily stored in a Box on the HDD of this machine. A password is always assigned to this Box, so you need to enter the password using the control panel of this machine when outputting a secure job. When a print job is sent from a computer in a different location to that of the machine, this function prevents information about the printed documents from leaking, and as such it is suitable for printing confidential documents. Secure jobs are automatically deleted after printed. The secure job list of Print Manager allows you to view the status and information of secure jobs and perform various operations such as printing, copying, and file renaming. For details, refer to Secure Job.
