Collectively Editing Jobs

You can select multiple hold jobs, Make Editable jobs, and secure jobs, and collectively edit them. You can select multiple jobs and click Job Settings of Job Management to edit their print settings. Up to 500 jobs (secure job: up to 20 jobs) can be edited at one time, including the case where they are accessed from multiple PCs. If more than the above of jobs are selected and edited, the editing result is applied to up to the maximum number of jobs.

Then, the job in the top row of the job list is displayed on the Job Settings screen. When you select multiple jobs with different settings, the settings of the job in the top row are enabled. However, the settings pre-specified for each job in terms of original size, orientation and the number of copies are always enabled.
