[SCAN] Screen
Overview
To display this screen, press [SCAN] at the top of the screen.
Select a destination to send scan data to, and proceed to the screen for setting scanning conditions.
The destination can be selected from the list of pre-registered destinations or entered directly.
Multiple destinations can be selected by setting for each sending method ([E-mail], [HDD], or [FTP]).

- This item is displayed on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD. For details, refer to What Is the [SCAN]?.

- It is convenient to pre-register frequently used destinations. For details about how to register a destination, refer to [Scan Address Register].

Setting items | [List] | Displays the selected sending destinations. For details, refer to [List]. | |

[Input Address] | Manually enter a destination. Set this item when sending a job to an unregistered destination. The entry items vary depending on the sending method. | ||
[Search] | Searches for the target destination from the registered destinations. The procedure varies depending on whether [E-mail] or another sending method is selected. For details about the procedure with [E-mail] selected, refer to [Search]. For details about the procedure when a sending method other than [E-mail] is selected, refer to [Search]. | ||
[List] | Displays a list of destinations in the selected group. For details, refer to [List]. | ||
[A to Z] | Displays a list of destinations for which [Reference Name] is registered with alphabetic characters. | ||
[Others] | Displays a list of destinations for which [Reference Name] is registered with characters such as symbols other than alphabetic characters. | ||
[Main] | Displays a list of frequently used destinations that are registered in [Main]. | ||
[All] | Displays all of the registered destinations. | ||
[Clear All] | Resets the selected destination. When multiple destinations are selected using certain sending methods, they can be canceled collectively. | ||
[Register/Edit] | Registers, edits, or deletes a destination. Destinations can also be added. | ||
[Scan Settings] | Saves the selected destination, and sets scanning conditions. For details, refer to [Scan Settings]. | ||
