Trimmer Receiver Adj.
Frequent trimming operations may cause damage to the trimmer receiver, resulting in trimming failures.
Trim Count: Select the trimming count to periodically move the trimmer receiver.
Move Pitch: Select the distance to move the trimmer receiver.
Execute Compulsive Movement: Manually move the trimmer receiver.
NOTICE
Trimmer Receiver Adjustment is displayed by a service setting. Contact your service representative.
Press Adjustment on the MACHINE screen to display the Adjustment Menu screen.
Press Finisher Adjustment, Saddle Stitcher Adjustment, and Trimmer Receiver Adj. in sequence.
Select Trim Count from 700 times, 500 times, and 300 times.
Select Move Pitch from 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.0 mm.
When manually moving the trimmer receiver, press Execute Compulsive Movement.
NOTICE
Do not use this function at short intervals.
Press OK to return to the Saddle Stitcher Adjustment Menu screen.
