Original Tray Pre-rise Set.

To reduce the time required to start the conveyance of the original, adjust the standby position of the Original feed tray on the ADF.

1. Press Adjustment on the MACHINE screen to display the Adjustment Menu screen.

2. Press ADF Adjustment and Original Tray Pre-rise Set. in sequence.

3. Select whether to rise the standby position of Original feed tray more highly than usual.

   • supplementary explanation In Original Tray Pre-rise, select ON or OFF.

   

4. If you set Original Tray Pre-rise to ON, use the touch panel keypad or downup to enter the setting value of Paper Tray.

   • supplementary explanationAdjustment range: (1-7) (As the numeric value increases, the standby position lowers.)

   • supplementary explanationdown: Lifts the standby position of the Original feed tray.
     up: Lowers the standby position of the Original feed tray.

5. Press OK.

   The screen returns to the ADF Adjustment Menu screen.
